About These Canine Papilloma Virus Pictures and Images

Above are some pictures of the cannine papilloma virus. You can see how it affected the mouth and buccal cavity of the dogs that were unfortunate enough to catch this disease. They happen usually on the lips and muzzle of a younger dog (normally lower than 2 years of age). Less commonly, papillomas may occur on the eyelids and even on the surface of the eye or between the toes. Normally they occur in groups than as solitary growths.Viral papillomas should go away on their own because the dog's immune system matures and generates a response towards the papilloma virus.

In most cases a treatment is unnecessary as the viral papillomas will go away on their own. It may happen that some unfortunate dogs will have a large number of tumors this having an impact on their eating, in this case the tumors may be surgically removed.
